Fixes in the code

We change the theme, templates, and content — not an overlay script. Alt text, labels, contrast, focus, keyboard paths, form errors, headings, ARIA where it's actually needed.

A retest and a record

We retest the same scope. When it passes, your record in the Accessibility Registry moves to Verified, and you get a badge that links to it.
